Meet Danielle

Danielle’s passion for health optimization began in 2021 when she was introduced to the world of peptides. Her husband Jay experienced a long hospitalization due to complications from a cancer related surgery and it opened her eyes to the limits of traditional medical care in both treatment and recovery. Danielle’s youngest son also required a lengthy journey through integrative and functional medicine to finally understand he had a handful of underlying conditions that were undiagnosed. It wasn’t until functional labs, proper supplementation, and the use of peptides that he saw notable and measurable improvements in his growth and wellness. This led Danielle to become a certified health coach, continue her training to help her family and also offer her coaching clients more solutions. She’s passionate about cutting through the noise and offering effective solutions to her clients. Additionally, Danielle is certified in functional blood chemistry analysis, clinical therapeutic peptide use, and detoxification foundations and delivery systems. Understanding that stress management can be a significant barrier to wellness and particularly optimization, Danielle is certified in and offers both the SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol) and RRP (Rest and Restore Protocol) by Unyte, two modalities that use filtered frequencies to regulate the nervous system for lasting change for children and adults.

Additionally and a little more fun - Danielle is a mother, wife, and entrepreneur based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and Charlottesville, Virginia. She grew up on 25 acres in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, and graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. For the past 20 years, her most important job has been being a mom to her four boys, but during that time she founded several schools and early childhood educational centers serving thousands of families across four states. Danielle has always taken an avid interest in science, biology, and nature. She instinctively pursued her interests in health and wellness for many years but began doing deep investigation and research when as mentioned above, several health issues affected her family in 2020 and 2021 and traditional systems weren’t providing answers.

Danielle’s happiest place is in, on, and around the water. You will find her working out in a variety of ways but always with weights and a regular walk outside. She integrates sauna, cold plunge, and red light into her routines as often as possible. Danielle has also never met a steakhouse she didn’t love, and has a particular love of a medium rare filet mignon. Danielle can often be found with her husband Jay at baseball games, concerts, or on their boat till dusk in the summer when not balancing the busy lives of their children or being followed around by her orange tabby cats, Stringer and Bell.
