The Longevity Lab
Modern tools to help you reset, restore, and optimize.
The Longevity Lab at 3rd Street is a quiet, appointment-only space where you can experience a curated collection of therapeutic tools—then notice which ones help your body settle, recover, and feel more like itself today.
This is not about locking you into one system. It is about giving you a calm, guided way to try what is available, listen to your nervous system, and see what actually supports you in this season.
How it Works
Every Longevity Lab visit is by appointment only, so the space stays unhurried.
The point is to try the tools and experience which ones meet your needs at that time. Your body is not static. What helps you reset and relax one week may be different the next. The lab gives you a precise, low-pressure way to find out—and pairs beautifully with coaching and SSP, RRP, or ILS when you want a more complete plan.
A visit may include:
-
BEMER stands for Bio-Electromagnetic Energy Regulation. The mat delivers a patented, low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic signal through the body and is an FDA-cleared Class II muscle-stimulator device. Sessions are quiet and passive, and are used to support microcirculation, recovery, and a settled full-body baseline—an easy place to begin.
-
A zero-gravity chair that uses pulsed pressure waves, guided breath, and immersive audio to help you downshift from tension into calm, focus, or deep rest. A nervous-system reset you can feel without having to “work” at it.
-
A headset that delivers near-infrared LED light (810 nm) to the scalp through four modules—photobiomodulation designed to support cellular energy, mental clarity, and brain–body recovery. The light pulses at 10 Hz on the Alpha setting (a calmer, more settled state) or 40 Hz on the Gamma setting (more focus and alertness). Sessions last up to 20 minutes.
-
A molecular hydrogen machine used for inhalation and hydrogen-rich water. Hydrogen is small enough to move easily through the body and is used in wellness settings to support mitochondrial energy production (ATP), selective antioxidant activity, and a calmer inflammatory load. Many people notice less daytime fatigue and brain fog, easier recovery after training, and a softer shift out of “wired” stress into rest. Simple to use and easy to stack with other tools in the lab.
-
A warm, ionized foot bath that many people describe as leaving them refreshed, lighter, and more at ease. Warm water on the soles of the feet—where there are thousands of nerve endings—supports microcirculation and a sense of physical release. The array creates a low-voltage ionic environment in the water to complement the body’s natural cleansing and circulation pathways, while the quiet soak itself helps the nervous system shift out of “go mode” and into rest.
-
A comfortable wearable that gently stimulates the vagus nerve at the neck—supporting rest, recovery, and a more resilient stress response. A natural complement to the listening therapies already offered here.
-
Cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) that uses a patented microcurrent waveform through earclips to help the brain settle into a calm, relaxed, still-alert state. Sessions are quiet and low-effort, and are used to support anxiety and stress, more natural sleep (without that groggy “sleeping pill” feeling), steadier mood, and targeted comfort when tension or pain is part of the picture. Probes can also be used for localized physical discomfort.
* This is only an add-on to the Ionized Foot Bath
-
A compact multispectrum light panel that includes red and near-infrared light plus narrowband UVB (311 nm) to support the skin’s natural vitamin D pathway. Sessions are brief and done with eye protection.
